GUITAR AND DOUBLE BASS ORCHESTRA “MARÍA DE MOLINA”
Arturo Fernández Bayona, director

Music moves body and soul

Music has become a healing instrument for a growing number of serious brain diseases or disorders which are inaccessible to conventional therapies. The experience of a multitude of centres to treat neurological disorders and alterations of psychosocial development has consolidated the healing capacity of music. For instance, traditional songs are used to stimulate the memory of Alzheimer’s patients. The purpose of this concert is to move emotions and to reach those corners of the brain that are inaccessible to language.
